David’s journey reflects a lifetime of discipline, perseverance, and heart—values shaped by his success as a national karate champion, black belt in traditional karate, and his extensive background in wrestling, jujitsu, judo, and kickboxing. These experiences instilled focus, precision, and a tireless work ethic that now define his approach to real estate.

With over 19 years of experience in Christian ministry, David has hosted Christian radio and TV broadcasts, served as a guest speaker, and led as the Executive Director of the Bible Institute of Hawaii. Today, his heart for service continues as he actively supports Christian nonprofits and organizations such as Ho?ola Na Pua, a center dedicated to healing and restoring hope for traumatized youth.

Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2020, David has sold over 50 homes and buildings in Hawaii—from small condos to luxury homes, apartment and commercial buildings—helping families and businesses achieve their dreams of homeownership and guiding investors toward their next success. David treats every transaction with the same focus and care as his own, collaborating closely with his clients to ensure their vision is realized.
