David Crawford

For as long as he can remember David has had an enthusiasm for all things Real Estate. From being the “assistant contractor” since he was old enough to hand tools to his father while working on their portfolio of rental properties, to leasing apartments to college students at the University of Florida, David always knew Real Estate was in his blood.

After undergrad, he worked to spur growth through community initiatives, business recruitment, and Real Estate development as the Executive Director of the High Springs Main Street Program, a National and State Certified Economic Development Program. After almost 3 years and $10M+ being invested in the district, David went back to the University of Florida to pursue his MBA.

After obtaining his MBA with a specialization in Real Estate, he was poised to dive full-time into a Real Estate career when an opportunity to join an Inc 500 Marketing company presented itself and he made the move to Sarasota, becoming the company’s Director of Brand Development. A key priority in this position was to take care of the company's top clients and nurture those relationships. Although it was an amazing experience, he still couldn’t resist the urge to “come home” back to Real Estate.

David’s passion for Real Estate along with his diverse background allows him to provide a unique set of marketing, sales, and negotiation skills to his clientele. David, a born and raised Floridian, loves to showcase the amazing beaches, culture, amenities, and quality of life Sarasota offers to those fortunate enough to call this beautiful city home. When he’s not working to fulfill his client's dreams, he loves cooking, scuba diving, and traveling with his wife, Stacey, and daughter, Callie.
