First of all, Dave is amazing to work with! In this real-estate market, you need someone like Dave to help navigate you through. Dave kept us well informed and walked us through each step of the buying process. Dave always had time to answer questions and even made time to show us listings same day! He is highly knowledgeable and well versed. Buying can be stressful but Dave was able to make the process easy! We highly recommend Dave to anyone that is looking for someone that will devote the time and energy to this life event! He is the best!

On a referral, we went with David... we contacted him with a rush move from Texas. He jumped into action, asking details of the houses we were interested in, counties, sizes, and a million other details. Within an hour, we were receiving listings via email. We starred the ones we liked and when it came time to look, we were off. While David had mostly worked in the Annapolis area, he was more than happy to show us houses all over the area from Eastern Shore to Frederick and from Westminster to Laurel. He highlighted houses we had missed, identified things in a listing that we didn't like in others... diligent and attentive to even the smallest details. He helped us get our mortgage at a lower rate than other places. He helped arrange a lot of the details that we couldn't remember. David is my go to and I will refer him to everyone and on Google.

The experience and business my fiancé and I did with David Crider and Coldwell Banker was the most positive, professional, and customer service driven we have experienced in the reality and brokerage business. From start to finish, David is truly keeps your best interest at the top of the priority list when navigating the real-estate market. My Mother and I worked with David Crider to sell our family home. My mother had lived in the house for 51 years and it was quite emotional at times. David Crider was the saving grace in this experience. He was always professional, caring and responsive. He helped with organizing the renovations, dealing with the contractors on site and making sure everything went smoothly. He did all this while being kind and genuine to both me and my mother.
I have RARELY ever dealt with anyone as kind and helpful as David in my 52 years and I have NEVER dealt with anyone in the real estate industry as amazing as him!
If you plan on selling or buying a home you should give him a call. This review only goes to 5 stars but he deserves 20. That is not an exaggeration.

Thank you David, You helped my mother so much you will never know.

Friends of ours introduced us to David and from day ONE he was off to the races! David began by taking a lot of time to find out exactly what OUR criteria were for finding a house and no detail was too small. He listened intently, filtered searches, and introduced us to areas that were a perfect fit. In today's market, David maintained a sense of optimism and never hesitated to get us a showing of any property (and there were a few ) that we thought might be of interest. After making a couple of unsuccessful offers, we continued to look until we thought we had found the perfect home for us. David took the time to walk us through a second time, we made an offer that day, received a counter offer and had it accepted the next day! Following acceptance of our home offer, David walked us through each and every step of the loan/inspection/appraisal process. He clearly, concisely and without fail, communicated EXACTLY what we needed to do to make sure we met our closing date without a hitch. Speaking of closing, David showed up "with bells on" and a huge smile. I honestly think he was just as excited as we were :). For us, the day we closed was the day that we moved in and we arrived to food and snacks in the fridge for the family, and a couple of adult treats. Not only did David make buying a house easy with digitized signing capability for every form possible, but he also made sure he recommended trusted team members (inspection companies, insurance companies, loan underwriting teams, etc.) which enabled us to find the right match for each service, flawlessly. My family and I can't brag on this guy enough, if you ever are "in the market" for a real estate agent (or real estate I suppose) this is your guy. Thanks David!

Our experience working with David was great from start to finish! He was patient, kind, thorough, and always had our best interests in mind. David was quick to answer our questions and made selling our home painless. We got a very generous offer on our home quickly, and I know David's advice on staging and listing prep was a big part of that. He was always very professional, but also made us feel comfortable with each step of the process. We knew what to expect and really trusted his judgment. The products he put together to market our home and the professionals he recommended for minor repairs were all fantastic! If we ever move back to the area, we will be sure to call David.
