I met David in May 2012. He was refered by a friend who had prior experience in purchasing a home through him in the Melborne area. When I called him from my home in Massachusetts, I gave him the critiera of what I wanted, ie, how much I wanted to spend, location, amount of bedrooms, bath rooms, etc. I also told him I had a limited amout of time to meet with him. When I walked into his office, David had a number of places for me to see. He was extremely organized and had a lot of knowledge of the areas that we looked at. Spending the day with David, and experiencing his wit and humor, along with his work ethic, I knew I was working with a proffesional. I ended up buying a beautiful home, in a great area, with all the amenities that I wanted. Because of his organizational skills and sense of understanding of what I was looking for, we made an offer on the second day of our search. Also, because of his negotiating skills, I bought the property with much less than the asking price. I have already recommended him to a friend, who will be calling him in the near future. I have already told my friend, that when he meets with David, to stand by for a great experience.
