David Downs was born & raised in South New Jersey and attended college in New Jersey & the University of New Orleans. A motivated self-starter, David has worked in real estate for over 15 years. From new construction to relocation, David has extended his abilities into all facets of real estate. But these abilities mean nothing without his one guiding motivation--to bring his clients solutions that others hadn't considered. David believes successful real estate agents can identify value where others fail to see it. He brings each of his clients a keen desire to find creative solutions to their real estate goals. Never a fan of the "sit and wait" approach to real estate, David relies on research and social networking to help his clients gain an extra edge in negotiations or a deeper insight into their options. David works primarily in the Decatur and Intown Atlanta neighborhoods. He is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. David and his wife Tiffany, an Atlanta attorney, have lived in Decatur for over 13 years. Most of their time away from work is currently dedicated to raising their two children, Aven and Anson.
