David was incredibly helpful in helping my husband and I buy our first home. He told us from the beginning that he would always be transparent and honest with us, and he stayed true to his word through the whole process. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience that was quite helpful when looking at homes as first-time buyers, and he knew what to look for and expect each step of the way. David responded quickly to any questions and concerns we had. We felt that he truly just wanted us to find a house that we love- and we certainly did! He was very patient throughout the journey, never pressured us, and made it a fun process! We would hightly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate professional!

David is an amazing real estate agent! He just sold our house for top dollar! He worked so hard for us; advising us about what to choose to fix. Then he has a stable of wonderful, efficient, reasonable professionals who did a great job with floors, painting, light carpentry, carpeting. And fast! Dave was an absolute joy to work with. He walked through the house to begin the process and together we formulated the plan to prepare for market. Dave had professionals available to complete the plans and our home was ready for market much sooner than I would have thought possible. This work was invaluable when it came to the sale time and price. Dave kept us informed through every step of the process. Due to the preparation, we experienced no real problems throughout the sale process. We are so happy to have worked with such a consummate professional. David was our agent when we bought our condo in Chicago. He was very patient with us as first time homebuyers - never rushing us to a decision. His communication was clear and we never felt pressured to make a purchase we didn't feel was right. When we sold our condo we reached out to him again for advice on selling, and we chose him to represent us as our seller. On both sides of the market he was great to work with. Working with David was a pleasure! He is very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the dos and don'ts of buying a condo in Chicago. We saw so many different places and David was patient with us and truly wanted to make sure we would love the place we ended up with. It took a couple of months, but we found the one and, thanks to David, had a very smooth closing process. I would recommend him to anyone and we plan on contacting him when we're searching for our next place!

We have worked with David for three transactions, he helped us get a great price for our first condo in 2016 and we used him again to sell that condo and purchase our new house. We were picky and not willing to settle - we searched for three years and David never pressured us into making a decision and would offer a fair perspective when we asked for it. We couldn’t be happier working with him - great communicator and always quick to reply. He worked hard for us and got us a price $50k over asking for our condo and helped negotiate a price under asking for our new home. It was a dream situation and we couldn’t recommend him enough!
