David Elton

David Elton has been a licensed Realtor since 2002. David Elton works with his brother, Rick, as The Elton Brothers Team. They have a local weekly radio show, The Real Estate Show, which has been airing for over 10 years on KFNX 1100. They keep the community abreast of the latest in real estate news with a dose of Elton Brother’s entertainment.

David Elton services the entire Phoenix Metro area. David Elton works with first time home buyers and clients looking to buy or sell their resale or new build homes as well as horse property, adult communities, and golf communities. David Elton also works with many investors across the country trying to find opportunities in real estate to match their criteria.

Prior to real estate David Elton was an independent filmmaker and writer. David Elton lived in Los Angeles and worked on many film and TV shows. David Elton released Jerome in 2000 (available on Netflix), which premiered at the old Harkins Camelview Theater.

David Elton enjoys golfing, traveling to golf courses around the country/world as well as traveling with is family, films, reading, photography, playing ping pong and racquetball, and hiking.
