Dave did great! He’s been selling homes to my whole family, and was fantastic with my husband and I. He sold our home within two days and he vouched for us when it came to getting the home of our dreams! He was quick to create all documents, and even did them electronically for ease of access. He did a great job on follow ups and was available to us within 24 hours of requesting to see a home.

My experience with David Elya was excellent. I heard about dave through a family friend. We worked together for over 6 months to find my home. My expectations of Dave were for him to help me find a good deal, always be available for showings, and not to try to push me into a sale that I wasn't excited about. Dave exceeded all of my expectations. He took me on 40+ showings. He was always on time and always kept my best interest in mind. Because the inventory of homes where I was looking was so small, we had to jump the minute a house would pop up. A good deal would sell within days. I was competing with cash buyers and people that were willing to pay significantly over asking price. After looking for so long, I was starting to wonder if my expectations of what I could get for my money were realistic. He assured me if I stayed patient I would find the right place. Fortunately, everything worked out and I got a perfect house right in the location I was hoping for. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking for a home. Dave was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Detroit and was able to answer our questions and provide guidance when needed. He was also very patient when we were taking our time finding the right home and wasn't concerned about making a quick deal.
