David Ezra

David Ezra brings with him a diverse background in law, business, and real estate, which he leverages to achieve the best results for his clients. David was formerly a real estate attorney, but he currently works as a broker and has experience in both residential and commercial purchasing, selling, and leasing. From his experience, David has learned to consider every aspect of a deal from start to finish.

David began his career as a real estate attorney at a national law firm, where he represented real estate investors in the purchase and sale of multifamily complex. He also represented financial institutions in billions of dollars’ worth of securitizations of multifamily loans. He has since joined Spectrum CRE ™ to advise clients in every facet of the real estate purchasing, selling, and leasing process.
