Born and raised in West LA, Dave has seen the real estate market change many times over the years. He began his real estate career in 2004 by flipping small properties and grew to manage the construction of multi-million-dollar new homes across the westside. He became a real estate agent in 2016 to buy and sell his own projects, and then branched out to representing clients in their search for a new home and to sell their homes. Because he knows the real estate market from both the side of a developer and an agent, he has a wealth of knowledge about market conditions and what it takes to sell a home or be chosen as the perfect buyer.
