David has been a blessing and I couldn’t have had a better realtor. Our home was only a 844 square foot home. He went above and beyond for us even though it wasn’t a massive house or price tag. He went out of his way to install a hand rail and clear out vines that the appraiser wanted done so that we didn’t have to worry about that. He is straight forward and will answer any concern or question at anytime of day. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I can’t express enough that he has been the absolute best. I needed assistance in finding a retirement lake home. David German was the third realtor I spoke to. He was the only one who really listened to what I wanted and needed. He drove all over central Wisconsin showing me homes, often on FaceTime when I could not be there in person. In a crazy market where people are paying $100K over asking, he was very helpful in putting together fair offers, but also making sure I was not going to overpay for the value. He was very responsive and thorough. In the end he found me a great home in a wonderful area. I would highly recommend partnering with David to find your next home. You won’t be disappointed.

In this real estate climate you need an experienced agent who can price your listing/offer correctly or you will lose thousands. David has valuable local knowledge and contacts that really make a difference. We had a small hiccup with our sellers at closing. David had a professional there to solve the issue in minutes, saving our day. Inventory is at an all time low and we had a buyer's market experience. Very few businesses provide their clients this level of service anymore, especially when an issue comes up. I couldn't recommend David more highly. He deserves more than five stars!
