I have previously worked with David, buying my first home and I have to say the process was very smooth. I couldn’t decide on just any home so it took patience and A lot of late and early appointments to really find a house I loved. Once I finally found my house, it took us 28 days(less than a month) to get to the closing table with everything that needed to be fixed. David reached out and made sure that the seller did all the proper repairs and David’s team was able to get me a lot of financial assistance and I got to the closing table with almost no money down. The whole buying process was a bit nerve racking but it was well
Worth it; and the assistance, guidance, and encouragement David provided was the best. I would without a doubt do business with him again.
