Dave and Ann were incredibly helpful throughout the process of buying our house! As first time home buyers, we had no experience with the process of searching, putting in an offer, or escrow. Dave and Ann were there every step of the way offering advice and insights. They were always quick with responses and very supportive. We are incredibly grateful for the countless hours they spent looking over houses we emailed to them, taking us to tour potential houses, and keeping an eye out for homes that fit what we had in mind. I don't know where to begin. I was referred by Dave & Ann, who came highly recommended, to assist me in my search of a new home. I'm a single lady and need assistance in purchasing a home in the north Seattle area and was thrilled to be working with Dave & Ann. My only request was that they "go to bat" for me in this challenging home purchasing environment we are facing. And that they did! They made themselves available whenever I needed to view a home. They have the experience and knowledge I needed to make an all important decision. They were professional, supportive and positive when I was feeling a little dismayed as a potential home purchaser. And most of all, they are people I would call as "friends" when this process is all complete. You can't really ask for anything more in a realtor. We just purchased a home with Ann and Dave's help as our realtors. They were tremendous to work with, provided us with honest, expert advice, and most importantly, earned our trust. We were living out of state, and had to make an offer on a house without seeing it given the competitive market. They were our "eyes and ears," and because we trusted them, we were able to make an offer. And, we love the home! During the final stages, they went above and beyond, turning around documents on a moments notice, and Dave even went down into the crawlspace to inspect for us. Thank you!

I was a first-time home buyer, and Ann and Dave were a big help in navigating the process, and in recommending a lender and an insurance agent who were just as helpful. They were also really diligent about researching condo HOAs and warned me away from a place with an underfunded and badly managed HOA. It really did feel like finding a home I'd be happy with, one that wouldn't cause problems for me down the road, was their highest priority.

From the very beginning they gave great advice, took an active interest in digging out any problems or worries about the properties we looked at, suggested a committed lender who
made sure everything lined up as it should, and basically took excellent care from start to finish. Even now they monitor all the steps yet to come.

Ann is willing to go the extra mile for her customers. We lived in Arizona while we were house hunting in Washington State. We were interested in a home in Bellingham but weren't able to make the trip to determine the condition of the home. Ann drove without much notice from us from Everett to Bellingham to view the house, talk to neighbors, and a member of the HOA. When we were able to make it to Washington State, we fell in love with another home in the same community and made an offer, and it was accepted. Since we were travelling from Arizona to Washington State and had no definite time we would arrive in Bellingham, the day of the closing, Ann again drove to Bellingham to pick up the keys to our new home. Thanks to Ann and Dave, we spent our first night in Bellingham in our new home. Ann and Dave are definitely over and above realtors.

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Ann and Dave! We decided to buy a house at what seemed like the most difficult time but that did not stop them from the challenge! The market was hot and the neighborhoods we were looking in were even hotter. They were both patient and EXTREMELY helpful during the process. They were always quick to listen to our wants and needs and gave realistic feedback for each property. When we thought about settling they kept reminding us that our house was out there and we didn't need to settle, even in the crazy sellers market. Ann is extremely proactive and Dave helps to provide wonderful insight into each home. If we saw a home that needed some work, they could easily tell us what they think the effort/cost of the change(s) was(were). Saying that Ann and Dave went above and beyond for us would even be an understatement. We had a difficult closing process due to circumstances outside of our (and their) control and they did everything in their power to keep things moving and on track so we didn't lose the house of our dreams. Outside of that, they are just truly wonderful people. They are so fun to be around and made the process really great for us despite the circumstances. I cannot recommend them enough!

Ann and Dave made the process very easy and seamless. Since we are both working professionals with teenager activities, we relied on them to communicate early, serve as our liaison with other realtors, and respond on our behalf when we were otherwise busy. We never had to take a day off work or miss a kid event.

Our home sold with a marketing campaign that resulted in multiple competitive offers and in less than one week. Even after the house closed and on the moving day, Ann and Dave were there to make the transition smooth between former (us) and the new owners.
