David Grappone

In 2009 Dave obtained his real estate license and started a new career with Keller Williams Commercial Division as a Commercial Real Estate Agent in New Hampshire. Since then, he has been representing Landlords, Tenants, Buyers, and Sellers in Central and Southern NH. Since being associated with Keller Williams, Dave has represented numerous clients, taking them through the process of town approvals or the analytical analysis of procuring a property. Throughout his career he has gained the knowledge and insight on how to represent a client, and to see to it that their needs are met.

Prior to his career in Commercial Real Estate, Dave operated new car franchises for both Pontiac and Jeep dealership for Grappone, Inc serving as General Manager. Giving him the opportunity to work with the public and to meet their expectations.

Dave's career began with a long venture with Capitol Leasing Co., Inc. involved in the automobile and truck leasing industry. Acquiring a national franchise from Budget Rent A Car for Concord, NH. Eventually expanding into Manchester, the Airport, Nashua, Salem, and Andover, MA
