If you are looking for a realtor David Hammond is the one you should call. Very professional, will be very honest on whether the house is truly for you & why or why not. Dave spends the time you need to look & find your new home. He listens, he guides you through the process. I wasn't sure where I wanted to live (Delaware or Maryland). Dave spent time with me & showed me around with no pressure. He pointed out the pros/cons of the areas & allowed me to make the decision best for me. His knowledge of the area was great & any questions I had he was able to answer. Top notch professional!! Thank you Dave for helping me find my New home! I also gained a new friend! Thanks Dave;!

I have worked with Dave Hammond twice. The first was to sell a property I owned and he couldn’t have made it easier. I was living two hours from the property and he took care of everything, including getting repairs done on my behalf by reputable companies. He got me top dollar for my property.

The second was buying a new property. Again, I was not living in the area and Dave 100% worked around my work and travel schedule. He listened to exactly what I wanted and he found me the perfect beach property. I could not be happier.

Since making my purchase, I’ve sent two friends who were interested in selling and/or buying to Dave. One made a purchase and is thrilled with the place and the second is just beginning the adventure. I couldn’t be more grateful and I appreciate Dave so much. His honesty and integrity shine through.
