David Hanczarek

Dave Hanczarek was born and raised in Manchester, NH and moved to North Lake Tahoe in the fall of 1988, where he attended Sierra Nevada University in Incline Village. After earning his B.S. Degree in Business Administration, he went on to help open one of the restaurants at the brand new resort in Squaw Valley. With a couple of years of management experience under his belt, he and another college friend opened their own restaurant in Incline Village. After many years as a local resident and business owner, Dave then pursued his interest in real estate by joining a local real estate firm in early 2003.
Dave has been in the real estate business for over 13 years and has proven to be very knowledgeable in the North Lake Tahoe area along with showing great dedication and perseverance in his profession. Aside from being a real estate professional, Dave is a big outdoor enthusiast and enjoys skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, paddleboarding, wakeboarding and any other recreational activity that beautiful Lake Tahoe has to offer.
