David is a third-generation resident of Bellingham and he knows the area very well. Not just layout, but also the history. David family has been sharing stories about Bellingham and Whatcom County for decades. These stories sparked his interest in local history.

He takes full advantage of everything Whatcom County has to offer. David is an avid outdoor enthusiast and compete in triathlons, Ski-to-Sea, and obstacle course racing. When he is not competing, he enjoys hiking, biking, and camping with his family.

David was originally licensed in 1993 and started a landscaping business at the same time. He decided to focus primarily on his landscaping business and did so for 27 years. He recently handed over the General Management of his

Landscaping Business to his Son to return to Real Estate. He leaves with a deep understanding of land development and strong skills in customer service. David never underestimates the importance of listening and asking the right questions to get at the heart of what his clients want. David believes that open communication and transparency in all commitments establishes trust and reliability.
