David Hartley

Now nearing the end of his second decade as a Realtor, Dave Hartley came to Colorado Group Realty in 2006 after directing the successful sell-out of The Steamboat Grand Resort. A resident of Steamboat Springs for more than 30 years, Dave knows the lay of the land. Prior to his real estate career, he spent many years as a specialized travel agent working primarily with ski groups. “My time spent in and around resorts throughout Colorado and the Rocky Mountains helped make me very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different towns.” Dave is exceptionally knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and condominium complexes in and around Steamboat Springs and developments throughout Routt County. The years of working in the travel business give him a unique perspective to compare Steamboat to other mountain towns.

Married for more than 30 years, Dave and his wife Katherine have raised two daughters in the valley and are still enjoying life on a small ranch just outside of town. Activities that they enjoy including skiing, snowshoeing and ice hockey in the winter, equestrian, golf, fishing, camping, and hiking in the summer. “Many of my clients have become life-long friends and we always look forward to getting together!”
