David is a seasoned finance and management professional with extensive hospitality experience at properties of all sizes, including sporting venues, full service and boutique hotels, restaurants, and a salon, spa and fitness center. With a career focused on analyzing details, negotiating contracts and communicating to ownership groups, real estate is a great fit for his skill set. In addition to his career experience, David has served as treasurer of Fireclay Lofts HOA board, a multi-unit condominium complex in downtown Denver, CO; served as a contributing member of a nationwide community economic development board, providing feedback and ideas about how to help improve low income housing in urban areas; and has owned and managed rental properties in several different markets.
