David grew up in Arlington, TX and graduated from James W. Martin High School in 1987. David played basketball in Junior college where he studied criminal justice. After college, David pursued a career in law enforcement and the fire service where they spent 20 years serving his community. David has always tried to live by the principles passed down by his father. Faith, family, and a strong work ethic! Although working in public safety had been a childhood dream, David's interest in real estate and developing would soon take him down a different path. In 1999, David started his own residential construction and real estate development business. As always, God continued to bless, and the company soon required his full-time attention.

David's passion for helping others achieve their dreams of home ownership has never ceased. Over the last 20 years his experience in new home construction and real estate development has provided him a unique perspective for his clients. He understands quality construction and the needs of his clients. His unique experiences in all phases of real estate helps him to assist in the purchase or sale of most all properties. From residential, land, or farm and ranch he has the knowledge and experience to assist with any need.
