David J Tina

David was born and raised on Long Island in Medford, New York, where he excelled in academics and sports. David chose to go to college at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and moved to Las Vegas in 1995. Upon obtaining his degree in education and kinesiology, he briefly taught in the Clark County School District. While in college in 2000, David at the urging of his father, got his real estate license as a supplement to teaching.

In 2002, David decided to learn the mortgage business. He worked first on the retail side for Bank of America Home Loans and then at a brokerage called Southern Fidelity Mortgage. At the same time, he also practiced real estate for Realty Executives. In 2006, because of his success on that side of the business, he transferred over exclusively to real estate. In 2008, David became an Assistant Broker to his father, David Sr., due to the rapid growth he created at Realty ONE Group. This led to David opening a new branch for Realty ONE Group in Southwest Las Vegas, which he grew from scratch to over 200 agents in less than 18 months.

David also had the distinction of having the most profitable branch per agent while at Realty ONE Group. In 2012 he and his father decided to build on their vision and open Urban Nest Realty. David was honored as one of the Top 40 Under 40 for Vegas INC Magazine in 2016. David has also been very active in Las Vegas Realtors (LVR) and was the President of LVR in 2017. In 2018 he was inducted into the LVR Hall of Fame.

His journey at Urban Nest Realty inspired David to become the Owner/Founder of Infinite Path, with a focus on life coaching, cultivating mindsets, and consulting. David’s passion to teach, inspire, and leave them in a better place than he found their mindset drives him to want to see others around him succeed.
