During times of hardship and difficult situations clients need guidance from a realtor with effective leadership, strategic thinking skills as well a good negotiator. An example of this is when David successfully used these skills to win a zoning case for a local Business after a high priced attorney had lost his appeal during a comprehensive zoning case. David accomplished this by establishing a need, doing significant research that included assessing demonstrated changes to the character of the neighborhood and then interviewing and integrating the feedback from appropriate law firms into a master plan that covered all aspects of the situation. In addition, he recruited individuals from several community groups to speak at the public hearings and generate community support.
