Dave brings extensive knowledge from his many years in the construction business to his real estate client. Not only does Dave have keen eye for home construction updates and improvements, but his experience in reviewing contracts and job bids have benefited many of his clients. When not selling real estate Dave enjoys playing darts on Wednesday nights, brewing beer in his basement (cherry honey beer is his best by far) and spending time on the Carolina beaches.
