David L Allaband

Dave is a licensed Real Estate Agent and specializes in rental real estate sales. He is the Lead Property Manager for over 300 homes that he and his wife Stacey manage for MTM in the East, Central, and Northern Counties of San Diego. Dave’s prior expertise in all aspects of construction and project management for the past 25+ years has proved to be an invaluable asset to MTM homeowners and tenants, ensuring that maintenance and repairs are managed properly. Dave was born in Colorado Springs and moved to Escondido with his family while in high school. Dave proudly served in the US Army. Dave is a member of the Rotary Club. He was also a volunteer firefighter with San Pasqual Valley where he served as Fire Captain for 11 years. Dave is a member of the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors and maintains ongoing training in Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing.
