David Lane

With a background as a commercial banker, David extended his knowledge of the real estate market by obtaining his license in 2004. As a life long resident of Jacksonville, he represents buyers and sellers with a specialization in higher end properties- waterfront; gated communities and unique custom built structures. His real estate background is vast acting as a lender, an investor and a consultant.

David is also connected and committed to his community. He has served on numerous non-profit Boards, the past President of his Homeowners Association and the Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of various networking organizations and has served on advisory committees for the City of Jacksonville under the Mayor. David donates $250 for every successful closing to Pine Castle,a non-profit organization which has served the developmentally disabled in Jacksonville since 1954.
