With over 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, I have developed a robust foundation in property management, real estate brokerage, and strategic leadership. At Leslie & Associates, Inc., my career has progressed from overseeing maintenance operations for more than 11 years to serving as Vice President, where I led business operations and management initiatives across the Asheville area. Currently, as President, I drive the firm’s strategic direction and commercial brokerage.

Earlier in my career, I gained valuable transactional and sales expertise as a Real Estate Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices York Simpson Underwood Realty and Citi Habitats. These roles in Raleigh and Manhattan allowed me to specialize in subdivision land acquisition, single-family home sales, and subdivision development, complementing my operational background with hands-on market experience.

This diverse background positions me as a seasoned professional with comprehensive expertise in both the operational and transactional aspects of commercial real estate.
