Currently, as President, I drive the firm’s strategic direction and commercial brokerage.
Earlier in my career, I gained valuable transactional and sales expertise as a Real Estate Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices York Simpson Underwood Realty and Citi Habitats. These roles in Raleigh and Manhattan allowed me to specialize in subdivision land acquisition, single-family home sales, and subdivision development, complementing my operational background with hands-on market experience.
