When I started looking for a new home I didn’t have a realtor so I asked the listing broker to show me their listing. When I met David McDonald, I knew the home would not work for me but by the time we were finished with the tour, I knew I had met the person I wanted to work with.

David made finding and buying a new home enjoyable. Yes, enjoyable. And when we did find our property he stayed active with us throughout the entire process. He brokered our deal into escrow efficiently, and facilitated every step of the way. We closed with no drama.

Someone else said this about David and it is worth repeating, David is successful, there is a lot going on in his business, and yet -- I felt he was there for me as though I was his only client. This is the mark of an organized entrepreneur who knows his business and has a heart for serving.

I would not buy or sell a piece of real estate without him. If you are looking for a realtor, meet David. He’s genuine.

David is AMAZING!!!! He helped my friend and I bought a house for a business venture a few years back. Recently, he helped my family and I sold our first house. A couple weeks ago, he helped me buy another property. All transactions was such a positive experience!!!! He made the transactions very seamless and went above and beyond to make sure that I am well informed every step of the way during the buying/listing/selling process. He is dependable, knowledgeable about the real state market, transparent, and very responsive to any questions that I have. He is not just an excellent agent, but a great person as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone that I know who is needing an agent to buy or sell their homes.

It’s hard for me to rate 5 Star ⭐️ I only do so when I experience exceptional service. David’s real estate knowledge about homes helped us (my husband & I) purchase a beautiful home in Tacoma, Washington (1st time home buyers) David was very patience, follow up and updated us about every step of the home buying process. Home buying can be exhausting but having the right real estate agent like David - it can be an easy process.

I trusted David and his team in a very difficult homebuying Market, and they exceeded expectations. David was responsive at all hours of the day & night and proved to be a valuable mentor to me along the journey. David works with multiple clients at any given time, yet he made me feel like I was his only client (this is hard to do!). I always felt like I got 100% of his time and energy. When working with David, he respected my preferences and didn’t stop working until the job was done! I would recommend David to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate.

David is great at his job. Even working with a difficult and picky client as me, he was very patient and attentive. He would make sacrifices and commute an hour or so away just to work with us. All the concerns I had, he came back with a resolution. He's professional but is also personable which made it easy for me to feel comfortable enough to communicate and address my wants and needs.
