I highly recommend Mr. David if you are looking for properties because he will teach you about the loans, neighborhoods in Chicago, and the potential value of the property. David helped me to find my dream home in the Humblepark area at the beginning of 2021. As a first-time homebuyer, I didn't know anything about real estate. David led me through the process from scratch until getting the home. He taught me the advantages of being a first-time homebuyer as the FHA loan. It was a great experience working with David.
