David was there help with what was sometimes a stressful situation. He was always reassuring that everything would work out fine and it did. David was also prompt responding to me when I questions or concerns. There were some repairs that were needed on the property and David was there to monitor the repairmen's work. David kept me posted on the progress of the buyers loan and settlement.
