David Michalski

David Michalski was born and raised in Northern Virginia. He attended James Madison University where he received a degree in Finance and Economics. After graduating in 1980, David decided to pursue a career in real estate with hopes of fulfilling his entrepreneurial ambitions. He started Fairfax Realty in 1989, creating a unique brokerage where he pioneered the 100% low fee business model. This allowed agents to dramatically increase their commission split and maximize their income potential. Today, David owns 8 offices with over 1800 professional Realtors throughout the D.C. Metro Area. He is committed to providing his agents with world-class training and support so that they can better serve their clients.
