As a seasoned Real Estate professional, Dave Modec recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him, and he strives every day to exceed their expectations. Prior to entering real estate, Dave received his bachelor's degree in finance from St. Cloud State University. Along with his education, he brings 27 years of sales experience, which has taught him both the value of excellent communication and the importance of negotiating skills to achieve the best outcome for his clients on either side of a transaction.
