Dave is such a boss. I came to him to buy my first home, and in less than 2 months, I had closed on my dream house! Thanks to him, we negotiated a price with the seller I could actually afford, and he really came through during the inspection and we got everything fixed that we asked for. As a new buyer the process was overwhelming but Dave is detail-oriented and asked all the right questions I would never have thought to ask. This guy has your back!

Selling a house from out of state could have been very difficult but with David it was as smooth as possible. David went above and beyond to help us get our house sold. He was our point person for in-person repairs and maintenance, provided recommendations for other services we needed, and communicated timely with updates and feedback from showings.
