After having a disaster with the agent who represented us when we bought our first house, who was looking for the commission, Dave guided us on the entire process of the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. He gave us solid advice on how to prepare our house for sale without breaking the bank. Which probably covered all the closing costs of the house and sales commission. The in the purchase of our new home negotiated a fantastic deal my wife and I still can't believe we were able to close on such a deal. His down to earth demeanor and knowledge of the area market makes him an asset to the home sales process. I would strongly encourage anyone looking to sell or buy a home to talk with Dave.

Dave is very easy to work with. He listens to his client's desires and works tirelessly to find the right solution. We gave Dave a short list of criteria required for our home and he brought us many options. Dave always returned calls and answered all our questions. He was very helpful during the due diligence phase, helped us find the right inspectors and gave us thoughtful advise on how to handle any issues that came up along the way.
