After having a disaster with the agent who represented us when we bought our first house, who was looking for the commission, Dave guided us on the entire process of the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. He gave us solid advice on how to prepare our house for sale without breaking the bank. Which probably covered all the closing costs of the house and sales commission. The in the purchase of our new home negotiated a fantastic deal my wife and I still can't believe we were able to close on such a deal.
