Dave did an amazing job selling my grandmother's home! He was accurate in his pricing recommendations and stayed in constant contact throughout the process. Since I do not live in the area, Dave always made himself available for my phone calls, and was around at all times to drop by the house and let various home-sale related people in for different jobs. I was very pleased with how quickly and easily the sale was executed and how helpful Dave was in handling everything to make it an excellent experience.

His knowledge of the area is helpful, and has gone out of his way to make the purchase/sale as smooth as possible. I worked with David recently selling my house in Toms River. He was extremely easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the market. He priced our house perfect and we had a ton of interest it. More then anything else David was always available to talk and kept us in the loop at all times, he helped in every aspect of selling the house. he even provided us a few lawyers to use. This was a very difficult situation sell the house and David handled it all like a champ and knocked it out of the park. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My husband and I picked Dave N. As our Realtor immediately after our first meeting. We lived a distance from the property we were selling and he accommodated us in every possible way from meeting contractors, to picking up or simply checking on our home during its listing period on MLS. Dave Najdzinowicz is, without a doubt, the most helpful realtor with whom we have ever worked. He has an incredibly calm demeanor and was able to approach all of our concerns and issues with the same type of level-headed response we needed. At the same time, Dave was able to negotiate for us successfully with the other realtor and never backed down from helping us get exactly what we wanted.

We used David Najdzinowicz, Re/Max Real Estate Ltd to sell our mother’s home in Toms River this past year and he was outstanding.
We spoke with Dave and then met with him at mom’s home. Mom past away a year prior and selling her home, although necessary, was bitter sweet. He spent a great amount of time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. He was sensitive to our loss and yet very professional. Dan made the process incredibly easy and had a professional photographer take pictures.
When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We had three offers the first weekend the property was listed.
Mom’s home went under contract days after we put it on the market at $15,000. more than the asking price.
I've recommended Dave to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

What can I say...Dave is the best. I really lucked out with him as my realtor. My home purchasing process was a long painful one (nothing to do with him) and was there for me from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable about the area and the process and extremely organized. I can attest that having someone that knows what they are doing certainly makes a huge difference. He is a seasoned full time agent and actually cares about his clients being happy. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a house in this area.

I can't say enough good things about Dave! I've now been in my new home for a few days and it wouldn't have been possible without him. I was a first time home buyer with pretty much every question in the book. Dave took me under his wing and walked me thru every step of the process. He set me up with what I called my "Dream Team" (my attorney and mortgage broker) whom I would have been lost without as well. To make my story more complicated I was using a VA loan, but it didn't make Dave flinch at all. From the start Dave was always honest about the homes he was taking me to see, we were able to chat about the homes like he was a buyer as well. Between the time we made an offer on the house and when we closed, Dave always took my calls or made time for me. It often felt like I was his only client, although I def. was not. Bottom line, Dave knows his stuff, he is a trust worthy guy who will be there for you from start to finish!
