David is a lifelong resident of the southside of Indianapolis. He has been a licensed real estate broker for over 20 years and joined DAVID BRENTON’S TEAM in 2023. Over the course of his career, he has worked for RE/MAX, Century 21, and has owned his own brokerage. His specialty is residential real estate, having worked with first time home buyers, investors, builders, and luxury home buyers and sellers. Prior to starting his career in real estate, David was Vice President and Co-Owner of the family wholesale furniture business.
Throughout his career in real estate David has served in many roles, including Residential Real Estate Specialist, Director of Agent Development, Sales Manager, Managing Broker, and Broker Owner. He continues to further his knowledge of the business by learning the latest technologies, home staging trends, and marketing strategies to better serve his clients.
He has received many awards, acknowledgements, and certifications, including RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Select’s Rookie of the Year, RE/MAX 100% Club and Executive Club Member, Brian Buffini Peak Producer’s Mentor, Graduate of RE/MAX Momentum and RE/MAX 101 Broker/Owner Training, and Outstanding Performance Award.
David has been happily married to Erin Neu since 1988. They have 10 children and many grandchildren. He is a graduate of Roncalli High School and a member of St. Jude Catholic Church. He enjoys water sports, sporting events, traveling, and has coached many youth sports.
