David Nicholaou

David has been a realtor since the year 2000 and is a member of the Northeast Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Prior to obtaining his real estate license David has built trust and strong relationships as an entrepreneur starting and running his own company “New England Paper Supply” supporting local businesses with their need for paper goods, janitorial supplies and restaurant equipment for 8 years. David then became a home improvement specialist selling replacement windows & doors, vinyl siding, roofs, decks and patio enclosures directly to the homeowner for 10 years. After realizing his passion for Real Estate he obtained his General Contractors license and became involved with new construction with builders & contractors. Combined sales experiences has given David strong analytical skills for pricing and negotiating. This greatly helps to point out to buyers & sellers what a home may need to make it “Market Ready” to sell and to bring a home up to today’s standards and what these improvements may cost to determine a purchase price. Helping others is what it’s all about. He knows how important it is to be responsive and available. David is licensed in both MA & NH with a primary service area of the Merrimack Valley and Northeast Southern NH.
