Prior to launching his real estate career in 1985, David worked in the construction and renovation industries, honing his excellent organization skills and an ability to see the bigger picture. He served as a Co-Owner of Atlantic Bay Sotheby’s International Realty until the company merged with Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty in 2020.

David’s intimate understanding of local zoning laws means he can assess the potential in all types of properties—a boon to buyers and investors. During his years in Provincetown, David has been an active member of numerous community boards including the Provincetown Board of Select, Boards of Assessors, Planning and Health, and the Local Comprehensive Plan Committee. He has served as Chair of the Community Preservation Committee and of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
