About David
David D. Passmore is an MAI® designated member of the Appraisal Institute since 2012. A graduate from the University of Iowa in 1992, Mr. Passmore holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Mr. Passmore has been appraising real estate since 1992 and prior to joining Rally, worked in roles of increasing responsibility for Hayes Appraisal Associates of Iowa, Hughes & Company in Leawood, KS and Appraisal Associates in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Mr. Passmore has been overseeing commercial operations for Rally since 2006 and since that time commercial operations have increased over 500%. Mr. Passmore is currently in charge of recruitment and implementation for commercial appraisers and leads commercial training, operations and customer relations.
In addition to his role with Rally Appraisal, Mr. Passmore assists the State of Iowa with Work Product Review and for Disciplinary Review cases. Through specialized education and experience, Mr. Passmore has attained a Level I Investigator status in Association with AARO (Association of Appraiser Regulatory Officials). Mr. Passmore is also active in the Iowa Appraisal Institute Chapter currently serving on three committees and the Board of Directors.
