I’ve been in the Banking and Mortgage Real Estate Industry for over 28+yrs. I have always believed in “Knowledge is Power!” Educating my clients is very important to me. I want them to find their home of their dreams, no matter what size that is. I have worked as a new Loan Officer on up to a Region Manager of People’s Choice Home Loans. Where I built a team that produced $50 million a month on the Wholesale side of the mortgage industry. I then went on to help several companies restructure themselves for profitability during the down turn of the mortgage industry in 2007-2009. I went on to work for the FDIC in 2010. There I worked on over 40 Bank closings. I became a Non-Asset and Asset Defense Litigation Officer representing the FDIC. I was a Mortgage Fraud Expert and a Claims Agent for the FDIC. After I left I became a Realtor for over 2yrs in and around St Petersburg, FL and the surrounding Beaches. I use my knowledge to help my clients find their home at the best price possible!!
