David has been a Jacksonville resident since he was six years old, giving him the advantage of knowing the ins and outs of this amazing city bursting with promise. There are such a diversity of neighborhoods and activities that there is a perfect somewhere here for everyone. If you love sports, living here will give you access to professional football (big Jaguars fan), world class golf (TPC anyone?), AAA baseball, ice hockey and college sports. There are plenty of places for hunting, fishing, boating, and kayaking. With so many parks and public spaces here, it would take years to get around to them all. If you love diversity of landscape, David can tell you all about other spots in Florida; from the springs at Ichetucknee to the rolling hills near Tallahassee, to the Everglades, to the marshes and the numerous beaches. As an avid gardener, ask him about his own yard and garden and he can tell you the diverse range of green life you can grow here. David loves this area and truly think it’s the best place to live.
In David’s career, he has guided folks from all walks of life through transactions ranging from under $100,000 to over $2 million. He understands buying and selling real estate represents the biggest, more important moments of life. David has been in real estate for over a decade and he is very proud of the fact that customer feedback after their transaction usually includes comments on his excellent communication skills, patience, exceptional customer service, and honesty.
To get to know a little more about David, he is a husband and a dad to four kids and two dogs. He graduated from Episcopal School of Jacksonville and the University of North Florida where he played on the men's soccer team. When he is not working, it’s all about family time. We frequent Disney often and he can give you recommendations to many rides. He has also volunteered time and treasure to the Hunger Fight and Autism Speaks, two foundations near to me.
