In addition to being an experienced and trusted new home construction & existing home specialist, as a professional Minnesota and Wisconsin licensed farmland specialist, David has been associated with the agriculture industry for all of his life. David grew up on his family’s farm between Cleveland, MN and Le Sueur, MN, and graduated from the University of Arkansas with an Agriculture Economics degree. In 1991, David started his real estate career with a farm management company in Southwest Minnesota, working with farmers, buyers and sellers of farmland, home/building sites and rural properties while also managing client's farms. David is a member of REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI), Upper Midwest Chapter of REALTORS® Land Institute and was the Upper Midwest Chapter of REALTORS® Land Institute 2021 President, 2020 Vice President, and is a current member of the chapter's board of directors. David definitely has the experience and knowledge of the agriculture industry that provides the skills necessary to develop a team of key professionals that will surely bring added value when working with him as your real estate professional with farmland, lot, development land, new home construction & existing homes in Southern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
