About David

Dave Started his professional career as a teacher and basketball coach at Fox Chapel High School from 1968-1980. Dave was an assistant basketball coach at Pitt from 1980-1983. In 1977, Dave received his Broker's license in the state of Pennsylvania and worked for the Paul Hudak Agency from 1974-1980.

In 1985, Dave started his full-time real estate career with Howard Hanna in the Fox Chapel Office. In 1988, Dave started and became the manager of the New Homes Division. In 1996, Dave became the Vice President of Howard Hanna New Homes Division and the Seven Fields office. From 2009-2016, Dave was the Business Development Manager of commercial construction for CMI and Arctecon. Dave is a lifetime board member of BAMP, and is currently on the board of directors at the Realtors of Metro Pittsburgh. Dave has been involved in sales, sales management, land development, commercial construction, marketing, and banking relations for over 30 years.
