Subsequently, hired as an Assistant Manager, quickly promoted to Property Manager, and then Regional Manager, while employed by Atlantic & Pacific Management from 2003 to 2006.

Throughout the three years with Atlantic & Pacific, David's dedication and hard work earned him the honor of Employee of the Year in 2005 while overseeing a portfolio of over 3,000 units throughout Florida. In 2004, he was awarded Property Manager of the Year while successfully managing The Enclave at Naples through lease up and then through a condo-conversion. Before forming Parkline, David held the positions of Vice President of Association Management with Apogee Residential in 2006 and also served as President of AIM Companies from 2006 to 2010.

Broker/realtor David P. was very helpful in driving me around several towns (Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs and Ave Maria) for an entire day looking for a home in southwest Florida.
