David Saka

David is a lifelong Hawaii resident who graduated from Moanalua High School and later earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Hawaii. His academic background gives him a unique perspective on how culture, politics, and society shape real estate across the islands. From 2010 to 2014, David competed on the University’s Division I Men’s Golf team, developing a strong work ethic, time-management skills, and lasting relationships with teammates and coaches worldwide. Now a full-time real estate agent, he focuses on delivering accurate, thoughtful guidance and ensuring clients—from first-time buyers to seasoned investors—make confident decisions.
