David Sanders

David Sanders, Director of Luxury Marketing, Associate Broker with more than three decades of experience in the real estate industry. He entered real estate in 1986, when he assisted a colleague in opening a new luxury real estate firm in Tappan, New York. From there, he obtained his broker's license and began listing and selling some of the most valuable real estate in Rockland County.

Sanders holds some of the highest real estate credentials offered by the National Association of Realtors, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) – the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers – and the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, recognizing in-depth knowledge on technical subjects and the fundamentals of real estate.

In 1995, David was the founder of Sanders Properties, Inc., an up-market boutique real estate firm that quickly established itself within the region by achieving the highest sales average prices for properties within Rockland and Orange County. In 2009, Sanders Properties was selected by Christie's International Real Estate as their exclusive affiliate for Rockland County, adding the Orange County region shortly thereafter. In 2000, David was tapped by the Christie's New York City affiliate to assist former President Bill Clinton, and wife Hillary, in their search for a New York home following their departure from the White House.
