David Scimone

David Scimone has practiced Real Estate Law since 1994 and opened Hornung & Scimone P.C. in 2001 with Tammy Hornung.

He complements his 25+ years of experience with a calm and collected style, which he believes best serves the interests of his clients. With an aim to have real estate transactions be a positive experience for all, Attorney Scimone tries to keep things as upbeat and enjoyable as possible. From introduction until closing, his clients’ needs are his top priority.

David is a resident of Hopkinton where he has lived with his wife and two daughters for more than 23 years. He has a second home in West Dennis, MA.
He enjoys being active in both sports and in helping out his community and is a member of the Mazie Mentoring Program: Framingham, and The MA division of the Giving Group.

He is also a member of The Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts and The Massachusetts Bar Association.
