I was trying to purchase from Texas. I picked Dave on the Internet from one of his listings because he used to be a contractor and I was looking for a fixer upper. Dave silva is the best!! Also, those who work for him are great. Dave went tbat extra mile when he sold my condo and helped me find a modular home in a 55 and older park. I was amazed at how hard Dave worked to sell my home. Dave came up with ideas that most realitors wouldn’t have ever thought of. Dave’s thinking outside the box got the result of a sale of my house in a quick timeframe. My house was a difficult house to sell due to being on a noisy street corner and High school that was behind the house. I am so grateful to Dave and his team for doing such a great job!!!!

Dave and the team listed my home and most importantly, marketed my home and it sold in 3 days, $50k over our asking price. Then, he held our hands through the entire sales and escrow process. We had a 14 day escrow, without a hitch! Dave has also done all of the after-care work with us to ensure that our move is smooth, with little effort. Dave Silva and his team sold my house in Newcastle in 2019. Dave Silva is not just a realtor, out to make a buck!!!! He has become my friend. I had my house on the market by someone else for 7 months with no offers. Had a HUGE amount of no shows. After 7 months, I had enough and my parents recommended Dave Silva to me one day. Dave Silva just had this aura of knowing what he was doing. A confidence. A game plan that was great. He came to the meeting with all this knowledge and information. He really did his homework. He was an amazing guy. He was very patient with me and my multiple frustrations in selling my first house. He was very polite and kind each time. Always calming me down and making me feel better. None of it had to do with him or his service, just all me and my mind. He made everything so easy. All I had to do was sign the papers. If anything came up, I let him know and he was on it within minutes of my email/text/phone call. My house was sold within 2 months.

I would definitely recommend Dave Silva to anyone without hesitation. He more than earned his fee and if anything, maybe he should up it a little lol.

This agent is at the top of the class. If you want an agent that is going to fight to get you the best deal possible whether you are the seller or buyer you have found your agent. He is stays up to date on the market trends, attends seminars to stay in the know of what the market is doing and expected to do, is kind and wont let another realtor give you any hassle. Dave is energetic and passionate about taking care of his clients. If you want your property to sell quickly I suggest you use him.
