David Springer

David Springer is the owner of Springer Realty Group and a licensed broker in PA, DE, NJ, and MD. After graduating from college with an accounting degree, he spent many years working in the corporate finance field. In 2002, David and his wife began investing in properties, and as the market grew, so did his business. Shortly after, David decided to leave the finance profession and devote himself fully to real estate, a field he truly loves.

After several successful years, David decided to become a broker and open his own real estate office. As an independent broker, he was determined to make his company stand out from the rest. David strongly believes that real estate agents should have the freedom to run their business as they see fit, and he empowers them by giving them 100% of their hard-earned commissions
