Dave was always on top of everything during my home search. He immediately created useful property searches that allowed me to quickly see what was available. Due to his knowledge of the area, he was able to direct me to locations I was unaware of. When it came time to renting the property, Dave had all the documents prepared and ready, having filled out much of the information ahead of time to save me time. I am glad that I met Dave and will be keeping his contact information should I need him in the future. I strongly recommend Dave for your realty needs.

Dave was an excellent realtor to work with. He is an active listener and pays attention to details. I really appreciated the way he expressed his opinions about the listings that I chose to view. I was able to feel very comfortable knowing that he had MY interests at the forefront of each listing search.
He followed up with Each Detail of the process, and he always recognized when something may be stressful for me. He prepared me each step of the way. He became an invaluable teacher for me.
Dave was always available when I needed to call him or ask a question. He also made sure that I was in the loop of communication between all parties involved.
He was great to work with and I have already recommended a friend to Dave and Baird and Warner. The best part was having access to the private listings. The entire experience was amazing and quick! I found my dream home in a month!
Dave was even sweet enough to leave a card for me in the home, so once I closed and came to my new place, I had a surprise waiting on me. It felt so good.

David loves to find houses for others. He listened carefully, advise if needed and lead the way through the whole process from finding the house till the closing. It is hard to find good and not overpriced houses in our time, however, he was able to found the best one for us, quickly scheduling showing, sometimes even before a property actually hit the market. He is very experienced, responsible. He is the best real estate broker we have ever seen so far.

Dave is Great!! I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking or selling their home. He’s very helpful and is there for you whenever you need him.
Dave has answered my calls and texts at any hour of the day, offered to help repaint the house, tear up carpet if we needed, etc.
