David was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. From an early age, the Birmingham native watched his father work as a contractor and developed a passion for turning houses into homes. There is something exciting about watching a dream home come to life from start to finish. David soon had a desire to help others turn a home into their own, but it would be from the other side of the transaction. After graduating from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management in 2017, David began selling homes Oxford, Mississippi, to pursue his passion for the housing market.
